Tribute Apartments

Tribute Apartments are part of the $100 million R1VER development in Milwaukee along the Kinnickinnic River.  The project features 95 units over (2) buildings that are connected by a skybridge.

Wellenstein and Sons supplied/installed the wood framing for the 4 story buildings, installed all exterior windows and doors as well as the wall paneling at unit entries.
