Mequon – Private Residence Repairs

This private residence project was completed in 2021. 

This was a unique project as Wellenstein and Sons was brought in as part of the team to repair damage caused by improper installation of exterior materials by a previous contractor.

Our scope of work include demo of framing and exterior plywood as needed, removal and reinstallation of all windows, framing repairs as required and reinstallation of interior window/door trim.
