Mann Block Building

Historic preservation of a 3 story building constructed in downtown Oconomowoc in 1871.

Wellenstein and Sons performed the rough and finish carpentry on this project.

Project highlights:

• Exterior renovation to match the initial construction of the late 1800’s
• Modern maintenance free materials used to match the original design
• Steel stair tower extending from the basement to the third floor
