Lippert Tile Remodel

This project for Lippert Tile was completed in early 2017.

Wellenstein and Sons served as the General Contractor for the Lippert Tile remodel project. This project converted a storage area into a showroom as well as remodeling of existing offices, conference rooms, break area and kitchenette. The remodeled work area totaled 3,400 sq. ft. In addition to the remodel scope of work, a laundry area was added to their warehouse area.

Our full scope of work included demo, framing, drywall, paint, ceiling work, aluminum store fronts, electrical, plumbing, HVAC and finish carpentry.
