Par Terre Apartments

This project was completed in 2021. 

The Par Terre Apartments is the second phase of the Emerald Row development in Oak Creek.  This project features (2) 4 story buildings totaling 241 apartment units.

Wellenstein and Sons supplied and installed all wood framing, decks, glass railings, and court yard divider walls on the project.
