Iron Block Building

This project was completed in 2015 for Dental Associates.

This project was a historic restoration of the original building built in 1860. It’s Wisconsin’s last standing building with a cast iron facade.

Wellenstein & Sons completed the following on this project: miscellaneous exterior restoration work and interior rough and finish carpentry.
